Our bodies function their best when minerals are “in balance”, as they impact energy levels, hormones, and metabolism as well as a host of other symptoms. Mineral-Nutritional Balancing is a holistic approach to vitality and wellness that is fully custom designed for your unique body and lifestyle. This is a pathway to gently detoxifying and restoring your body and mind to its full potential. In this approach, less is more.
Balancing the Minerals in Your Body
According to Dr. Paul Eck, the body is made up of minerals and they are the “sparkplugs” or basis of all life. Every living cell is derived totally of minerals and mineral-based compounds. Since Dr. Eck's passing in 1996, others are continuing this valuable work.
What is a hair mineral analysis and how do I know if I need this?
Hair mineral analysis is highly individualized because it is a direct reflection of your personal body chemistry. Like a mirror, the mineral content in your hair reflects the mineral content of cells throughout your body. Each mineral should exist within a specific range, and this is tested through a properly performed hair mineral analysis.

Connecting the Dots Between Behavior and Nutrition
Out of balance minerals in our bodies can and does lead to out of balance thoughts, which can lead to out of balance behaviors.
And our brain “normalizes” these out of balance behaviors.
The job of our brain is to make our environment “seem” normal, so we can function – even if things are not in normal range. Our brains identify patterns and resolve them. Patterns are our behaviors, emotions, etc.
For instance, a common childhood “diagnosis” is ADHD (Attention-Deficit-Hyperactive-Disorder), most often seen in boys (girls are not exempt).
Teachers are usually the first to notice a child’s inability to focus and concentrate, and this eventually leads to a diagnosis of ADHD.
What has happened to the body is that there is more than likely a heavy metal threat, or nutritional deficiency threat or both. The brain “normalizes” these threats and what is observed (by a teacher, for example) is a person with an inability to pay attention and with poor self-control.
A quick visit to the doctor results in prescription medications as the “cure” and never the solution. Thus, the brain continues to “normalize” an abnormal situation, with things getting further skewed with the addition of another toxin (in the form of a prescription medication) and more visits to the doctor result with more medications. Brain health and proper nutrition is not necessarily acknowledged in the world of pills for cures.
An easy, inexpensive solution is to put your child on a mineral-nutritional balancing program. Watch those prescription medications become obsolete as your child’s body and brain gets the nutrition and the minerals it needs to function and learn.
In this way, the brain is better able to do it’s job without the continued threats to it by means of heavy metals, toxic minerals, prescription drugs and whatever else has been provided to the body in the attempt to “fix” it.
The above scenario applies to adults also. The brain works in the same way, normalizing and resolving patterns. Adults with many mental and physical health conditions can ultimately walk away from those disorders given enough time and dedication to the natural non-toxic path.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a fantastic tool that provides data. You can observe your progress via the testing process and protocols. HTMA inevitably reveals a plethora of toxic minerals and toxic heavy metals contributing to the above scenarios.
