I’ve been an occupational therapist for 29 years, helping people move better, feel better, and live with less stress. For the past 10 years, I’ve also worked with Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), using it to guide personalized mineral balancing plans that support deep healing from the inside out.
Over time, I saw that people needed more than just a diagnosis—they needed real tools to feel like themselves again. That’s why I began exploring other ways to support healing.
I combine simple, effective techniques—like Fascial Maneuvers and Mineral Balancing—to help your body reset and recharge. Whether you’re dealing with pain, stress, or just want to feel more like yourself, I’ll help you get there—gently and quickly.
