A Place to Come Home to Your Body

If you’ve been moving too fast, carrying too much, or feeling far from yourself, Wild Rose Texas Retreat offers a quiet place to land. Many people come here because they’re living with pain—the kind that settles into the body, the heart, or the mind. This space was created for people who need rest, stillness, and a gentle way back into themselves.

It’s also a haven for therapists, caregivers, and helpers who spend their lives supporting others. When you’re the one everyone turns to, it’s easy to lose touch with your own needs. This retreat gives you space to breathe, reset, and receive care instead of giving it.

Your private guest house sits on 13 acres where you will be with trees, wildlife, and open Texas sky. The days move slowly here. You can sit by the pond, listen to the wind, watch the light change, or simply let the land hold you for a while. Nature does a lot of the healing on its own.

When you feel ready, I offer optional healing experiences that help you reconnect with your body in a safe and grounded way. Many people don’t realize how disconnected they’ve become until they finally slow down. Through fascia work, grounding touch, intuitive listening, breath, and simple movement, you’re invited to settle back into yourself. This is a space where pain can soften, where your system can unwind, and where you can feel supported instead of bracing.

You’re also welcome to explore creative offerings that support intention, inner exploration, and the quieter parts of your mind. You can:

  • Design a bracelet with a personal intention
  • Create a gemstone hanging or color strand that reflects what you’re calling in
  • Learn a new skill like wire wrapping
  • Or try intuitive painting, where the process—rather than the product—helps you access what your body and unconscious mind want to share

These creative moments are gentle rituals. They help you listen to yourself in a different way, giving shape to feelings and insights that don’t always come through words. Many guests find that creativity opens doors the mind has been holding shut.

This retreat is the full expression of Better Living With Rosemary. It’s a place to slow down, breathe deeper, reconnect with your body, and remember what steadiness feels like—especially if you’re someone who spends your life caring for others.

I would be honored to welcome you.
