HTMA Support Page

Everything you Need to Begin Your Mineral Support Program

This page gathers the practical pieces you’ll need as you move through your HTMA Mineral Support Program. Each step is simple, clear, and designed to support you without overwhelm.

Hair Sampling Instructions

HTMA uses a small sample of hair taken from the back of the head, close to the scalp. The process is quick and painless.

How to Collect Your Sample

  1. Choose a small section of hair at the back of your head.
  2. Cut the hair as close to the scalp as possible.
  3. Collect enough hair to fill the small circle on the sample scale (usually about 1 teaspoon).
  4. Place the hair in the envelope provided in your kit.
  5. Mail it to the lab using the instructions included.

If you prefer visual guidance, you’ll find a simple step by step video linked in your kit.

Forms

Please complete the forms below before your initial session or retest. You may choose PDF versions or online versions — whichever feels easier. These forms help me understand your history, your rhythms, and what your body may be asking for.
