Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
A Structured Support Program to Mineral Clarity
Minerals shape how your body feels, functions, and moves through the world. When they drift out of balance, you may notice shifts in energy, mood, sleep, focus, digestion, or overall resilience. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) offers a simple, noninvasive way to understand what your body has been carrying—and what it may be asking for. This program is designed to give you clarity, nourishment, and gentle support through a structured rhythm that unfolds over time.
My work draws on both my clinical training as a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT/L, 30 years) and my personal study of intuitive, energy-based wellness practices. I'm always clear about which informs which, so you know what you're receiving.
What HTMA is (and What it Isn’t)
HTMA is a Clarity Tool, not a Clinical Intervention
HTMA is a wellness tool that measures mineral patterns in a small sample of hair. It offers a long‑view picture of how your body has been adapting to stress, nourishment, and daily life.
HTMA is…
- Non medical
- Non diagnostic
- Gentle
- Educational
- Supportive
- Insight based
HTMA is NOT…
- A medical test
- A diagnostic tool
- A treatment for conditions
- A replacement for medical care
- A detox protocol
- A supplement‑heavy program
Your Evolved Approach
Food First, Gentle, and Microbiome Supportive
This Mineral Support Program reflects your new philosophy
- Removing irritants rather than adding more
- Supporting the nervous system, not overwhelming it
- Slow, steady, body-led shifts
- Food first
- Microbiome supportive
- Minimal, intentional supplementation
This is a departure from traditional HTMA and NB protocols. It’s simpler. It’s kinder. It’s more sustainable. And it honors the way real bodies heal — gradually, rhythmically, and with nourishment.
How We Approach Supplementation
Food is always the foundation. But food alone doesn't always move the dial — especially with today's toxin exposure, depleted soil, and the way stress and gut health can limit how well nutrients are absorbed in the first place. So when a supplement is recommended, it isn't part of a fixed protocol everyone receives. It's chosen because it meets three simple standards:
- It answers to your pattern. The recommendation reflects what your HTMA results actually show, not a standard sequence given to every client.
- It supports, not overrides. We favor low‑dose, food‑adjacent forms that work with your body's own regulation, not high‑dose corrections meant to force a result.
- It has to earn its place. If a mineral pattern can be supported through food and lifestyle alone, that's always the first move. A supplement is added only when it's genuinely needed — and only for as long as it's needed.
This means your recommendations may look different from what another HTMA client receives, and different from what you may have received elsewhere in the past. That's intentional. You're not getting a protocol. You're getting a plan built around you.
Why Minerals Matter
They act like tiny conductors, helping your body communicate and regulate itself. When minerals are supported, your whole system feels steadier.
